Taking to her Instagram, the 27-year-old Love Island star explained how her decision to stop hormonal birth control two years ago taught her “so much” about her cycle.

She ended it with a clip of her happily showing off her tummy on the beach with her boyfriend.
Montana wrote along with her video, “New Year’s reflections. It was almost two years ago when I shared my natural birth control journey with you.
“I remember feeling like I was off hormonal contraceptives — and feeling like I was in control of my body again — I was so grateful to have found natural cycles.

“I get so tired all the time, and I don’t need an extra excuse to stay in bed, because before pregnancy, I was also a lazy bitch.”
Montana recently revealed that she and Mark have yet to find out their baby’s gender, writing, “Also, we don’t know the gender for anyone who asks… a lot of people say they can tell because of the bump, which is cool.”

This came after Montana admitted that she had “thought a lot” about how her heritage and race would affect her unborn child.
She said she sometimes forgets where she’s from after growing up in “predominantly white neighborhoods” when she took to her Instagram stories on New Year’s Day to share her thoughts.
Montana shared a snap of her blooming tummy, going candid about her thoughts on race and parenthood.

“I also feel like I’m growing a lot as a person and my values are changing. I see much more value in what is happening in the world and how we can make the world a better place on an individual level.
“I would like to do more for racial inequality. Sometimes I forget where I’m from because I’ve been raised in a predominantly white neighborhood all my life!

It comes after the reality TV star revealed she was “so shocked” to find out she was pregnant because she tried to conceive earlier in the year but didn’t.
She took to Instagram to answer questions when she revealed how she and her beau Mark struggled to conceive due to her low estrogen levels.
Montana took to Instagram on Christmas Eve to share the happy news of her pregnancy with her 1.2 million followers.
She shared a video montage documenting the initial stages of her pregnancy, including herself and her boyfriend smiling at their positive test.
In her caption, she wrote, “Baby O’Connor coming next summer (white heart, baby emoji)”.
In other clips in the post, the reality TV star underwent an ultrasound scan and snuggled up next to Mark on the beach as he cradled her belly during a recent vacation.
Montana was seen picking up a small child, whose identity is unknown, before writing “Baby O’Connor” in the sand.
