
The ‘queen’ of cleaning and styling, Chantel Mila, has shared her cheap and easy methods to make your home look and feel more expensive than it is.
The Melbourne mother-of-two revealed three budget tips, including clever ways to hide cords and a hack to make your towels feel like they’re hotel-quality.
“Indulge in simple luxuries, because sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference,” the mother said.

“They’re great in our office area and for hiding our TV cords without damaging the walls,” she said.

She placed two candles and a eucalyptus vase on a small tray next to her bed for decoration.
The rule of thirds is an interior design concept that states that an odd number of items placed together looks more aesthetically pleasing than an even number.
Her final advice was to soften the towels with washing up liquid and a cup of baking soda to “make your home feel like a hotel.”
“Treat yourself to cheap luxury,” the mother said.
