The ex-president’s favorite daughter is still living her best life after retiring from politics following her father’s announcement that he is seeking the Republican nomination for president in 2024.

Photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com show Ivanka Trump, 41, in a blue jean jumpsuit and Adidas Gazelle x Gucci pink glow sneakers, close to her Miami home.

Ivanka was seen exiting her car and entering her home at Arte Surfside, a luxury condominium nestled between Miami Beach and Bal Harbor that has become her family’s home as they await completion of their “Billionaire Bunker” home.

It is one of the most expensive complexes in Miami-Dade County, with an average rent of nearly $47,000 per month. There is a tennis court on the roof and the family has its own private pool and garden.

The photos were taken the day after Ivanka would have celebrated her husband Jared Kushner’s 42nd birthday.

Ivanka was wearing her red string bracelet, which she’s worn off and on for years.

While she hasn’t spoken about the bracelet’s purpose, it does resemble the type of red cord Kabbalah practitioners wear to ward off the “evil eye.”

Last weekend, Ivanka took to Instagram sharing snaps from her private boat trip in Miami, which has become a regular pastime for her and her family.

Two years later, they seem to be happier than ever in their new community, where they’ve found new friends and are renovating a $24 million Indian Creek Island waterfront mansion.

They’re almost done renovating their dream home on 3 acres, an exclusive island known as the “Billionaire Bunker.”

The couple bought the fixer-upper just over a year after they dropped $31.8 million on a 2-acre plot of land on the island in 2020.

They plan to move into the spacious 8,500-square-foot home once their extensive renovations are complete.

Ivanka and Jared have been seen enjoying walks to Indian Creek, both with and without their children, to check on the progress of their property.

After keeping a relatively low profile, the former first daughter has returned to documenting her life on Instagram, and she doesn’t seem to have any desire to return to her old life in Washington, D.C.

In November, she released a statement saying she would not be part of her father’s 2024 presidential campaign. Instead, she has chosen to prioritize her family and their private life.

Now that Ivanka is officially done with politics, she fills her days with training sessions with her personal trainer. She is regularly seen riding to and from the gym in matching workout sets that emphasize her toned physique.

The family often spends their afternoons on a chartered boat in Biscayne Bay, swimming and tubing in the water. They go to the beach regularly and her kids often have their boogie boards in tow.

The mother of three still goes running with her husband, an activity they started together while still living in New York City. They also enjoy bike rides, golf sessions and long walks, both with and without their three children.

Ivanka may have another activity on her schedule after playing padel with friends in Miami on the first day of 2023. Popular in Spain and Latin America, the racquet sport is usually played in doubles on a small, closed court.

She was seen arriving at the mansion of billionaire businessman Wayne Boich on New Year’s Day in a black official car, wearing a white tennis dress, visor and sneakers, exclusive photos from DailyMail.com.

An avid tennis fan, Ivanka seems to share a love of racquet sports with Boich, who received his business degree from the University of Miami on a full tennis scholarship.

The Ohio mining heir now runs the Miami Padel Open, a sporting event sponsored by high-end and luxury brands. Padel could become her sport of choice in 2023.
