A social media influencer was terrified after becoming the victim of a late-night armed robbery at a home in Hollywood Hills, California, in which $1 million was stolen.
The LAPD received a call at 3 a.m. Wednesday from a home believed to be used as an Airbnb. Fox LA reported, adding that one of the victims was identified as Nour Atta.
Atta, 20, is a trading investor who has more than 272,000 Instagram followers for his @nourtrades account.
LAPD detectives were told the victims had been awakened by at least two balaclava-wearing suspects who had managed to enter the multimillion-dollar home, the publication said.
At least one of the suspects was armed and used the gun to pistol-while one of the victims, sustaining head injuries, it added.

Authorities said the suspects searched the home and stole an estimated $1 million worth of jewelry before leaving the crime scene.
Atta told Fox LA that the suspects probably got in because he left the back door open.
He thinks he was targeted by the suspects.

Atta said, “I didn’t hear much, all I heard was screaming. A bunch of “get up, get up” this, that.
“I’m sure a lot of people know me online, it’s really easy to find me and that’s exactly what’s happening here, especially in LA.”
When first responders arrived, he and a friend were seen by medical personnel and did not require hospitalization, Fox LA reported.
Police are continuing to investigate the robbery and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
Atta runs the Stock Hours signals chat, where he posts trade ideas and teaches classes every morning. He also shares trading tips with his 65,000 followers on TikTok.
He helped hundreds of students in the US generate millions of dollars in profit by 2021.
The homicide rate in Los Angeles will reach 397 in 2021, the highest number in more than a decade and a 50% increase from 2019, according to the LA times.
LAPD Chief Michel Moore told the Civilian Police Commission in March that gun robberies were up 57% from 2020 and 60% from 2019.
