Howard Stern sued Oprah Winfrey for showing off her lavish lifestyle on social media.

The controversial radio host, 68, spoke of how the media mogul, 68, “likes to show off” her wealth and is “not ashamed of it” on Monday’s The Howard Stern Show.

“It’s fucking amazing if you follow her on Instagram,” he told his co-host Robin Quivers, 70, before adding, “You have to be a little bit self-aware and know that there are people who are struggling outside.”

Not comfortable: He said Oprah

“Oprah isn’t ashamed of her wealth at all,” he said. Stern also stated that if you follow the famous talk show host on Instagram, you’ll see “her estates, her gardens, and the people who serve her.”

‘Serve her? She’s not a car,’ Robin admonished him.

‘Well, she is. She’s got servants and likes people to cook and it’s fucking wild.’

Stern continued his criticism, adding that Oprah “knows” how to be rich and “likes” to show it off.

“That’s something I’m not comfortable with,” he added. “I don’t think people should show off their wealth.”

Robin countered his statement: “Oprah is just showing you her life. She doesn’t show off.’

Wild: 'She's got servants and likes people cooking and it's fucking wild,' he said of her social media content, adding, 'I don't think people should show off their wealth'

Stern, however, didn’t see it that way, saying her posts lacked self-awareness.

‘You have to be a little self-aware and know that there are people who are struggling, Robin. You should. You have to think a little bit about people who have nothing to eat. You know what I mean? I mean come on. You have to be a little aware of this.’

Robin again disputed his claim, “Well, if you don’t show your wealth, will they get to eat?”

‘No, they aren’t. But I make good money and I have a hard time watching Oprah. I’m going, wow. Look what’s going on there? Her estate is incredible. When she goes shopping, she goes shopping in her backyard, because that’s where everything grows. There’s a farm there,” he said of her expansive yard often seen on her Instagram.

Jealous? “I make a good living and I have a hard time watching Oprah. I'm going, wow. Look what's going on there? Her estate is incredible. When she goes shopping, she goes shopping in her backyard, because that's where everything grows. There's a farm there,' he added

However, Stern praised Oprah for her charitable work with The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls – her South African school – and for inviting the students to her home every Thanksgiving.

“Every Thanksgiving, she welcomes the African girls to her African girls’ boarding school—I guess whose parents abandoned them. And she takes them in and they call her as ‘Mama’… and all the African women come to her estate and they start singing.’

‘I think [the girls] believe Oprah’s God because she gives them an education. She feeds them, doesn’t ask. They love her. And it’s impressive. I have to be honest. I mean, it’s really charity work.’
