A fashion expert revealed the three style trends for 2023.

Meytal Algranti, who has more than a million followers as @stylehard on TikTokShe has listed the trends that she believes will not carry over from 2022 into this new year.

Toronto, Canada-based Algranti, dubbed a “fashion mom” on TikTok, says in a recent video that the first item of clothing that will be “over” is “aggressive mom jeans.”

“Today we are talking about trends that are over and you will go crazy. You should always do and wear what you want,” she begins the video.

Algranti, who studied fashion coordination and styling at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), according to influenceShe further explains her first choice on her list.

“Let’s use number one: the aggressive mom jeans, especially with the elastic waistband,” she says.

“Well I know a lot of you guys are already crazy but here’s the thing, I don’t know why but it makes me want to flee.”

“The aggressive square nail — well-documented to transmit E. coli, highly flammable, and ugly as hell, too,” she says.

“We love seeing these trends carry over from season to season, rather than these turbo trends that we watch and die,” says Algranti.

She said the same goes for the oversized blazer and coordinating suits.

Next are maxi skirts, but she assures people that mini skirts are “still a thing.”

Sequins are back in a lot of ways, too, “but mostly silver.”

“To this day, we still have oversized leather jackets that are reminiscent of ’80s styles,” says Algranti.
